YLAB adheres to a structured syllabus for every level. There are six different levels provided, Beginning Ballet through Ballet 5. We proudly offer PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) classes with certified teachers. This class is an innovative body conditioning and strength building class that prioritizes muscle memory development through ballet specific exercises. This class is ideal for dancers, offering a proactive approach to injury prevention by fostering proper alignment, safe flexibility, optimal weight placement.  YLAB proudly offers contemporary classes to help dancers achieve a well-rounded education that is essential in the dancer world today. All YLAB instructors are highly trained and educated in their dance genre to give your dancer proper high-caliber training.
